Stainless Steel
SS304/SS316 posts, handrails and infill — hairline, mirror or PVD finished.
RAILINGS & BALUSTRADES
Stair, balcony, atrium and corridor railing systems in stainless steel and brass — with glass, bar, mesh or cable infill — engineered for compliance and finished to the project's design language.
WHAT WE FABRICATE
Railings must satisfy structural guarding requirements while reading as a designed element. KingDeco fabricates posts, handrails, base plates, glass clamps and channels, mesh and bar infills — site-measured or pre-engineered, with prototypes for curved runs and complex transitions.
Glass, vertical/horizontal bars, mesh, cable and decorative panels.
Curved handrails and balustrades developed from 3D geometry.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Hotel staircases and atriums, balcony and terrace guarding, restaurant mezzanines, escalator and walkway balustrades, terrace and landscape edges — high-visibility locations where handrail touch, joint quality and glass alignment are judged daily.
Lobby stairs, atriums, terraces and restaurant mezzanines.
Walkways, escalators and public-area guarding.
DESIGN & FABRICATION OPTIONS

Frameless and framed glass with clamps, channels and handrails.

Vertical and horizontal bar systems.

Mesh panels and cable systems for openness.

Laser-cut and patterned infill panels.

Solid and tubular brass handrails.

Curved stairs, sloped walks and transition pieces.
MATERIALS
SS304/SS316 posts, handrails and infill — hairline, mirror or PVD finished.
Warm handrails and posts for luxury interiors — polished, brushed or antique.
Toughened and laminated infill panels with polished edges.
Structural bases and heavy guarding, powder coat finished.
FINISHES
Handrails are high-touch surfaces — finish quality is checked by hand as well as eye.
Directional grain along the rail length.
Polished handrails for feature stairs.
Gold, champagne, bronze and black on stainless.
Project colours for posts and base plates.
Aged effects for heritage-inspired interiors.
Coating option for high-touch handrails.
ENGINEERING
Railing packages are engineered against the project's guarding loads and heights, with base plate and anchorage details, glass channel tolerances, curved-run geometry and site measurement protocols. Components are numbered, packed per floor and installation sequence, and trial-assembled where geometry is complex.
Site verification protocols for as-built stair geometry where required.
PROCESS
From compliance review to floor-by-floor packed delivery.
Architectural drawings, renderings and design intent reviewed for fabrication feasibility.
Material thicknesses, joints, fixings and installation references developed.
Material and finish samples produced and approved against references.
Laser cutting, CNC processing, bending, rolling, welding and assembly.
Joints, corners and visible surfaces controlled to the approved standard.
Hairline, mirror, vibration, PVD, powder coating or specialist finish applied.
Dimensions, appearance and finish verified against the approved sample.
Protected, labelled and sequenced for installation — exported worldwide.

FAQ
Railing structure and heights are engineered against the project's specified loads and code requirements — confirmed at shop-drawing stage.
Yes — where as-built geometry differs from drawings, we work from site measurement protocols or templates.
Yes — glass infill with metal posts, channels and handrails is one of the most common systems.
Curved runs are developed from 3D geometry with templates and trial assembly where required.
Numbered per floor and installation sequence, with glass packed in dedicated crates.
