Oversized panels minimize joints on large feature walls. Where the design wants a seamless mirror face, panels are welded, ground and re-polished so the reflection reads continuously.

Panel sizes are limited by transport and handling; KingDeco advises the practical maximum panel size per finish during design review.
Manufacturing Notes
Weld seams are dressed and re-polished to match the base finish; distortion is controlled with back-side stiffeners and controlled heat input.
