The Brief
The Londoner Macao is a large-scale integrated resort development on the Cotai strip. The interior packages called for decorative metalwork with a consistent luxury finish language across multiple restaurant and public-area front-of-house spaces.
What KingDeco Supplied
KingDeco fabricated decorative metal screens, feature wall and ceiling metalwork, and signage elements for the Paiza Restaurant and North Palace Restaurant areas. Components were produced to shop drawings, finished in PVD and hairline stainless steel and brass, and delivered as coordinated packages for installation by the fit-out contractor.
Engineering & Fabrication
Screens and feature elements were developed from architectural drawings into fabrication drawings with set-out, joint details and finish maps. Large-format panels were controlled for flatness and joint alignment, and finished surfaces were protected through export packing.
Materials & Finishes
Stainless steel and brass components with PVD gold-tone and hairline finishes, matched across areas for visual consistency.
