Arrival & Lobby
Feature walls, portals, decorative screens, reception surrounds, lift surrounds, ceiling elements, columns, signage and decorative architectural details.
INDUSTRIES — HOTELS & RESORTS
Custom metal fabrication for guestrooms, public areas, restaurants, landscapes and luxury hospitality interiors. A hospitality project may require hundreds of custom details across lobbies, restaurants, guestrooms, corridors, spas and exterior areas — all while maintaining the same design language and finish quality.
DESIGN INTENT
Hospitality interiors place unusually high demands on visual quality. Details are experienced from close range. A poorly aligned joint, inconsistent hairline direction or visible weld can remain noticeable for the entire life of the project. At the same time, the product must remain practical to manufacture, install and maintain. KingDeco works between design intent and fabrication — we help convert drawings, renderings and material concepts into production-ready metalwork while protecting the designer's visual intent.
We review your drawings and reply with technical questions, budget guidance or a quotation.

WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
Developed to the hotel's own design language, not a catalogue.

Framed screens, perforated panels, laser-cut patterns, metal-and-glass combinations.

Formed panels, trims, reveals, decorative cladding and feature compositions.

Custom ceiling components, grids, suspended features and decorative trims.

Metal surrounds, decorative door features, portals and architectural components.

Metal bases, frames, trims, shelving structures integrated into joinery.

Custom planters, metal sign housings and architectural sign elements.
MATERIAL SELECTION
Different hotel locations may require different materials — selected for environment, use and finish.
Consistency, durability and a wide range of finishes for interior decorative applications.
A warmer, traditional or luxury appearance where the design calls for it.
Reduced component weight; suitable for many formed or coated applications.
Fluted, textured and laminated glass integrated into metal frames where the design requires.
FINISH CONTROL
One supplier's champagne gold may look completely different from another supplier's champagne gold.
For hospitality projects, a finish name alone is often insufficient. The preferred workflow is: reference sample, KingDeco sample, client and designer approval, master control sample, production, then final inspection against the master sample. The same principle applies to hairline direction, mirror quality, PVD colour, paint colour, texture and gloss level.
OUR TYPICAL WORKFLOW
A controlled workflow from first review to packed containers.
Drawings, specifications, BOQ and design intent reviewed.
Material thicknesses, finishes, fixings and interfaces identified.
Production details developed where required.
Material and finish samples submitted.
Critical details fabricated before mass production.
Cutting, forming, welding, grinding, polishing and assembly.
Dimensions, appearance and finish checked.
Labelled and protected per delivery and installation sequence.
Export packing and shipment coordination for overseas projects.
ENGINEERING
Some hotel details are easy to draw but difficult to manufacture.
Examples include very thin visible edges, seamless corners, curved feature panels, large pieces with limited installation access, metal integrated with glass, decorative lighting concealed inside metalwork, and repeated modules requiring precise alignment. Our engineering team reviews these conditions before mass production and, where appropriate, recommends hidden reinforcement, removable access panels, segmented fabrication, improved fixing methods, practical joint locations and mock-ups.
